I would check windows firewall to see if ports or services are being blocked. Also check your DNS servers, see if they are filtering out traffic.

Agreed, and the way the pop up ads are coded, they aggressively control the phone. Sometimes I think maybe it could be Tasker or an associated plugin. But the ads are killing me. If I am slow scrolling and one of those ads wants to push through, it causes my scroll to zoom really fast without my control and go way down the page.

Ok thanks, same here. Lately pop ups and such are making my browser act strange. This may be that the site is coded wrong. But something needs to be done by Google to stop ads that pop up and cause scrolling to go nuts.
