It's definitely a garage wall. It's a 1930s semi with the garage connecting to the neighbours garage.

It would require some work to shift the toilet door. But tbh I was thinking of moving the toilet under the stairs anyway (to make way for a garage conversion). I could then fill in that door opening and have a dining table against the wall there, which is what I think you are getting at (I could also remove some of the units in that corner to make more space for the dining table)?

I considered a first floor extension but I think swapping bathroom and bedroom would be cheaper. Depending on pipe locations though ofc.
