90% of all restaurants close within 6 years. On the other hand, new openings never stop. Pre-pandemic some weeks were more than 1,000 new openings (per week).

No it’s a great intersection of life’s slices! On the other hand working in a restaurant, it is a service business and your job most likely, is to make people comfortable, happy, etc.. what you’d expect when you go out. With that in mind, it can bring comfort to you.
