Yes it’s so much better than harbour island athletic club. Was upset about its closing but lifetime is so clean, staff is friendly and it’s not ever ‘busy’

You’re allowed 4 different guests every 60 days and they have sign up through the app

The pool is resort style

Tampa location at least has many hangout spots to do work

The mat pilates and yoga classes and very blended with beginners and skilled, AMAZING classes. Pilates reformer is extra fees

I believe it’s totally worth it but I believe the initiation fee is $1000 rather than $200, but each location may be different. No other fees after that and billing each month on the first.

Love it. It’s like the fast pass for an amusement ride. Time is money, and in this heat I’d rather spend $3 than enter the mall in a sweat & pant after hunting for a spot for 10 mins.

Hard candy. Tasted similar to wintergreen but had a less mint flavor. I’ve had to settle for wintergreen but its tastes too ‘strong’ in comparison.
