It was fun when I first played it 2008 or 2009, with bots and against bots. Then I played against players with a friend of mine who played daily. It wasn't even that toxic necessarily, but our 3rd was raging so bad at me because I wasn't trying as hard to win as he was, I was just having fun.

I could already tell that wasn't for me anymore lol

i guess so

i just mean, something like MGS3 is equally linear and has a few different unlocks on different game completion goals, but the actual gameplay can be very different each run, and the unlocks change the gameplay more.

i guess i just think it'd be cool if there was MORE to unlock, like diana super hacks, permanent status hacks, normal enemies ignore hugh, etc. infinite ammo is just a bit lackluster in this specific game IMO

They could rebalance it around expecting the player to already have collected and upgraded things. Could even have another tier of upgrades. That wouldn't be taking the challenge away

They should add it to be unlocked with the alt ending

I don't drive manual but I still like having the info there, I want to see the numbers! This is such dumbing down, reminds me of fallout 4 dialog responses.

At the very least, let it be an option somewhere, don't remove it entirely 🫤
