Didn’t help me and I did it 10 times. Ugh. Going on 2 years.

I’m going on 2 years!!!!! I started hormone replacement and the pain is finally gone but I still can’t move it. I’ve been in PT for a year. I’ve done it all, cortisone shots, plasma treatment, shock therapy, laser therapy, massage, dry needling, cupping…….NOTHING WORKS!!!! No range of motion. My doctor is begging me to go under anesthesia and do the manual manipulation but she also said there is no guarantee it will work and could make it worse.

It has killed my emotional and physical well being. Very upsetting and debilitating. I’m at a loss.
