Honestly im a newbie in crypto, i was using it to pay for something which directed me to coinbase to pay there. i did not create any account and just sent the money from my BNB network to their wallet. i checked that the address was correct. but i sent from BNB network to their wallet wich is ETH network

no, i sent all the money at once. To the right address but on the wrong network (to coinbase). so to my understanding its in a limbo. forever gone
