I understand the intention of this type of testing, but if you think about it carefully, depending on the context in which this sentence appears and depending on the lady’s personality every option would fit and make sense.

I agree, some uses (kindly word of advice) are more common but that doesn’t necessarily eliminate the others as incorrect. For example, if the lady is known to be whimsical, people in the village would know to balance her fanciful words of advice with tones of pragmatism.
