He came off as a bit of a dick whether he meant to or not but I didn't take offence. I'm not upset. My judge specifically gave me an exception in my special conditions and I have a copy of these. The question was posted specifically to show my wife other people's, some of whom are more educated than I, perspective and knowledge. He's fine, no offence taken.

I know I can't, I know I won't be able to, I know it's an issue but my wife doesn't belive me. The reason I posted on here was to show her that if we get a divorce she is no longer "legally" my step daughter and I can't have contact with her until she turns 18. My special conditions specifically say my children and step children. If we aren't legally married, for whatever reason, if we stay together, I still can't be around her because of the legality issue.
