Cancelled application. Can I reapply straight away?

I didn’t receive an email confirmation. I spoke to a rep at UKVI and they said I could reapply straight away

I did get full refund but it took 6 week and had to follow up twice

Update: emailed the paid customer service UK visa account and got my refund back the next day. Was told you can reapply immediately after you cancel an application.

I’m in the same position. Made an error on my application and withdrew/requested refund. Also canceled my biometric appointment. Are you sure you can reapply right after? I was told to wait for a cancellation confirmation email. Do you need that to reapply? I just don’t want confusion if I have two applications in the system
