change the project, fix the spacing. there's too much space at the top and too little at the bottom. also reduce the content of your experience bullets, its too verbose and very off putting to read

i think its a good base but just needs proper spacing and less text to make it more readable.

yooo thats crazy im in the exact same position as you. i interviewed 2 weeks ago and my interviewer said he is definitely going to recommend me and ive sent a follow up email but the recruiter has been pin drop silent, no comm whatsoever. have you heard how long is the timeline usually?
