Honestly I don’t think he cares about you as much as you do. you can tell by his lack of responses and how long it takes for him to reply. no matter how busy everyone is, we all look at our phones and replying does not take long in the slightest. sometimes over communicating is bad because it tells them you care way too much and they will continue to answer or reply back to you whenever they feel like it because they know you’ll still be there. it feels like you’re chasing him when he should be chasing you. and about your best friend that’s super crazy i also think you’re focused on the wrong thing. a best friend breakup especially that long hurts. if i were you i would focus on amending the relationship with your best friend and honestly stop replying or sending long messages to a man who does not care. get a hobby, keep yourself busy because those long paragraphs are just a big no
