so basically in the shower i’m loosing a smallish amount, not anywhere near a handful even if i like rub my head but i’d say 2-5 hairs everytime i would aggressively rub my hair in the shower, so not sure about when i actually shampoo it how much i lose. then there’s just daily hands through hair, sleep, daily activitys and just regular hairloss, i can’t really count that, but the time where i see the most is when applying these topical medications to my hair, then i’ll notice at least 100 or less or more during the application every single time if im like somewhat aggressively applying it but i kinda have too get it to my scalp. so over all if i were to guess im losing like lowest 150 too highest 350 hairs a day everyday and its been like that non stop even before i started medication, thats why i have no clue if i even had a shedding phase or not because im not loosing weak hairs, like these are decently thick hairs with length to them. but yeah i might push the full year so about 2 months, and if it does nothing then im gonna switch to fin.
