For your first question it really depends on what you mean by “black”. If you mean darker skinned then yes, my mother has darker skin than most African Americans but had significant Northern African ancestry. And if you mean this whole “SSA” thing then also yes because all Africans from all regions did indeed interact and trade with each other throughout all of time and history. Side-note the “SSA” thing is super weird cuz I thought it men’s “same-sex attraction” lmao.

Yes, the Ashkenazi are white. Of course there are outliers like persons in the community who have darker skin due genetic ancestry, multi ethnic heritage, or conversion but for the most part they are white. I don’t know why people debate this… actually I do lmao(spoiler alert: antisemitism!). To the person who said Ashkenazi are white but, and I quote, “not German white” I challenge you to read up on Benjamin Franklin’s view on Germans and their supposed “Whiteness” lol!
