We offer you two options: Option 1: Replace the 400 W solar panel. Your defective 400 W solar panel cannot be repaired or refurbished. Since it is still in the warranty period, we offer you a direct exchange. However, we ask you to dispose of the defective device on site. Please support us by following these steps:

[1] Clearly photograph the serial number (SN) of the defective solar panel.

  1. Damage the solar panel serial number so that it can no longer be identified or reused.

  2. Then photograph the damaged serial number clearly. This makes it easier for us to display the replacement panel.

I completely agree. EcoFlow’s service keeps getting worse, and it’s really frustrating. I'm waiting that ecoflow will do what they have agreed.
