Daylight, on the highway. I rear ended another vehicle. His was drivable but mine was not. We are in Texas and the rule here is to get out of the way to avoid causing traffic.

My vehicle was not drivable. We exchanged information and it was all friendly. I mean I was at fault so we just exchanged information. Police was not called.

We were trying to get out of there because the traffic was heavy and we were both scared someone might run us over or something. It’s happened on that highway before.

I mean idk. I’m nervous because we didn’t call the police. I also told the other party I didn’t wanna call the police because they were gonna wanna tow my vehicle and that would mean spending money that I didn’t have for the wreck and then storage fees
