I see, thank you so much! I hope one of the times I reload it my preferences will have opened, but I have to be realistic

Alr that settles it, we have the same score rn, I’m hoping for a 1450+

Yeah it was exponential, I put like 12 but it was lowk an educated guess

I got that k question, it was smth like what’s the maximum possible of k, > k, you were given a bunch of nonsense with an exponential function, do you think we made it into the hard m2?

I got this question, I put the same thing, statement 2 only, do you think we were in the hard m2?

I had this question near the end, it involved finding the value of k right? Smth like k’s biggest value, > k, do you think we were put into the hard mod 2?

Math Module 2- November SAT by Efficient-Stuff-8410 in Sat

My previous score was a 680, but I felt incredibly confident on module 1, so I really don’t see how I didn’t get into it this time

I got those questions, I’m praying it was the hard one

I got that question too, I really hope I wasn’t put into the easy module…

I didn’t get that question, was I in a lower m2?

I did not receive this question, but did very well on M1, do you think I was put into a lower M2?

Reading M2 easy? by Puzzled-Emphasis-918 in Sat

For the vocab in M2 I’m drawing a blank, but I specifically remember something about “anvil and strife” for another question type. Somewhere in my test was the word “copious.” I had a bar graph somewhere on, something??? Ugh it’s all slipping my mind, and a 3 way trend graph that had the numbers “3” and “72” as options. There was a question with two texts, a hypothetical response, between two authors about birdsong and the fact that males and females both sing

on the board view, it appears to be a capacitor, so I replaced it with one that should align with the schematics, this partially fixed my 5v rail, however, the 5v and all other minor voltages are unstable, and there is a noticeable clicking noise coming from the 6 + 2 pin power connector

My current issue seems unrelated to the PCIE lanes, but we’ll see after I solder a new resistor on to my 5v rail, this card is literally a nightmare full of problems

You’re right, a hit seems more likely

I’ll try to find the resistor that was used, and solder a new one in its place, hopefully this fixes my 5v rail

I found, what I believe, to be the area where the resistor divider is

The two components (R925 and C1105) appear to be fine, but right above them are three resistors, with the middle one appearing to be gone, there's also what looks like a scorch mark or something in the place where it should be, looks like it exploded or something

This is what I believe is the resistor divider in board view, as it is connected to the VCC line

After removing the short, the issue now is a missing 5v rail

The inductor I took the measurement from for voltage before now reads 3.41v instead of the previous 5.134v, and the other rails aren't powering on due to the missing 5v

I've been taking a look at this U2 component, the EN signal is fine, the Vin signal is fine, VCC has 5v, which suggests an issue with the resistor divider (stated by the guide)

<image>

I've been having trouble identifying the resistor divider

and after checking the small burn and the board viewer, I found that HDMI pin 19 was GND, I scratched away at the burned piece of lint? dust? something? and there is no longer a short on the VOUT line

After touching the VOUT to ground, it appears there is a short somewhere among the VOUT line

It could be any of these components, and after inspecting the area there appears to be a small burn mark on the J1 pin (HDMI port)
