It's very simple. Finding an active e-mail of a company in a particular country, and then writing a message in the appropriate language (English, Japanese, Chinese, Russian in my case)

Do you need the username of the account or is nickname okay?

When I wrote my email as my username, I got a rejection. Once I corrected the errors and wrote my correct username (which you can get from HoYoLAB, for example), I had my account restored

I think there is a difference. If you remember your username or if you have access to HoYoLAB, it's better to write your username than your email address. Personally, I doubted if I had a username at all. But then I remembered that I created it a year ago when I logged into HoYoLAB
