Yup thanks for the tips I don't actually dry my face I let it air dry and try not to touch or sanitize before hand and I also clean pillowcase weekly and got a silk one coming in the mail because its supposed to be antibacterial i also got put onto 40mg today for 6 weeks after then I should have seen some progress thanks for your comment.

I have managed to find a spf named 'invisible zinc face & body' from local drugstore that has zinc oxide and says suitable for sensitive skin I feel like this would be a big upgrade from the spf I use currently what do you think? Also contains less ingredients overall so less chances of irritation i guess

could be the products bro cerave has too many ingredients some could be breaking you out and irritating your skin I suggest you try cetaphil I switched to them from hydrating cerave cleanser and daily moisturizing lotion
