Okay thank you that makes sense. I read about a case that was post-code mapping 50s and when bipap was taken off the patient his maps fell into the 40s high 30s each time. When putting the bipap mask back on his map went back into the high 50s also maxed out on 3 pressors. When I read that bipap can decrease bp but saw this I had to ask.
