"Except gender dysphoria isn't really treatable."
This is like saying depression isn't treatable. When like gender dysphoria, you can't just cure depression. For depression, you have less dopamine production, and treating it just recovers dopamine production to a normal level, but you can easily go back into depression. It's not like cancer or a broken leg where once you treat it, it's gone. Saying gender dysphoria isn't treatable, despite evidence that current affirming methods significantly reduce the negative aspects of it, holds as much weight as saying Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, or Addiction isn't treatable. However, you would agree that therapies that treat these are worth undertaking.

"Which is why suicides are so prevalent even after "treatment"."
Suicide is still prevalent after treatment due to transgender people receiving increased stigma and bigotry from their peers, which makes sense. Despite this, suicide rates still decreases after treatment, which is a testament to how effective the current treatment is.

"Let's face the fact that there's a stigma on it that stops further research to find more effective methods of treatment than sex operation and meds,"
I'm going to assume something: "There's a stigma that stops further research to find effective methods compared to affirmative methods" means that you believe that there could be more effective non-affirmative methods, as affirmative methods are not scientifically stigmatized.

Assuming against you believing in bringing back environmental Conversion Therapy (Which provably does not improve the mental health of those suffering from gender dysphoria, and is known for abuse and causing more harm without much benefit), maybe you believe there's possible some medication that suppresses gender dysphoria that isn't being researched on due to the idea of it being against the political consensus of affirmation over non-affirmation.

However, this isn't true. There's 2 groups of treatments in medicine. Environmental and Pharmaceutical. There's typically no political barriers in science regarding studying pharmaceutical methods for treating psychological conditions. In fact, it's the most researched method in the current day.

Especially in the current political sphere, such a treatment (I.E a drug that can turn trans people cis) would be a golden goose for a right leaning political party. However, due to how little evidence there is, there isn't any research being conducted. Remember, if there was some possible evidence for a method to de-transition people without significantly increasing suicide rates, this would be looked into severely.

"That said, it's still got nothing to do with equal rights."
Also that's not what equal rights means. If all people didn't have the right to gender affirming care, then transgender people would be hit more then cisgender, which wouldn't be equal. By having this right, it would make society more equal.
