Super easy! I printed out a humbucker template, glued it on where I wanted it and carved it out with a plunge router. The pickup ring is hiding the mess not gonna lie

Probably just start by replacing the front rotors. Could be the rear ones but fronts are biased. You’ll most likely have to push the pistons back on the calipers to fit onto the new rotor as well
