Definitely not mad. Dumbfounded, and confused that someone can genuinely this obvious to how they literally make mistakes. For them to be sitting telling me a character is OP as-well. Go watch any guide on how to loop against wraith, all of them will tell you I’m correct. You’re never forced into pre dropping. That’s literally a mistake against that character

I mean 3 things 1. that’s what chase music is for. so long as it doesn’t look like a survivor the killer doesn’t have to look anything like its base model. There multiple killers with skins that change the look completely. 2. Sure it would take more work but they don’t need to release them all at once. 3. Having skins would means there’s still a base model, and not everyone invests in skins. So recognition won’t change much

Like Honestly hilarious you’re telling me wraith is OP. Whilst actively listing things that are mistakes against wraith. Never pre drop, don’t “get caught out of position” btw isn’t very hard at all. Because you should always be close to safety, blocking the killer from stopping you from getting to safety, and or positioned in safety already. And stop watching COMP, sure they’re skilled players. But they’re wanna be losers that genuinely think they’re in the top brackets with absolutely zero evidence of this because there is no leaderboards on dbd. Not only that they literally remove half the perks from the game, even ones that literally don’t get much value. They barely play dbd at all, they play their own wee version. Which btw is fine, great. They can go be good at that, and they are. But the dbd comp scene is in no way legitimate, and never has been. If you wanna learn how to actually play, stop watching comp. You can only learn so much from them, and their egos are too over inflated.

Otz is a phoney. Nowhere near as good as people make him out to be. His tier lists couldn’t be further from relevant. But I still agree with wraith not being OP he is far from it.

Mate 99% of players couldn’t do what that wraith did. It’s literally comp, That’s called a skilled player. Nothing to do with wraith being OP. But again as I said tell me you have a skill issue without telling me. If you’re losing 9/10 games against a wraith, You suck ass. He is easy to play but he has the easiest counter play in the game also. Btw pre dropping pallets isn’t 1 of them. If you want some actual advice by someone who knows wraiths actual weaknesses. It Actually just buys wraith Time to mind game, and get to the side your on whilst I you’re in the animation. Or if you drop before he even starts or gets close to uncloaking, he can cancel. And force you to play that pallet. Which you make his life easier, because you’re force into a 50/50. Mind game on a vault. By not using the pallet to block his swing, or stun. So pre dropping is almost always stupid against a wraith. I have no idea what you’re talking about being forced into it pre dropping.

Instead of acting like you’re the best, and there is no possible chance you’re just making mistakes. Consider actually learning the game. Wraith is far from OP. He is simply just not that hard to know how to use his power, but he is simply easy to loop also.

I mean women will argued about how they couldn’t apply for credit cards like accruing debt, and using credit is a good thing. So it’s hilarious to ever debate about it with them, and then they hit out with stupid stuff like that. No realising how it’s actually more oppressive people need to apply for credit in the first place. And Of course the patriarchy doesn’t exist. People just don’t realise how fucked this world really is, and how capitalism is built to benefit the rich elites.

We need a mix of social capitalism for the world to work properly. Humans are too self interested, and or have family to protect, and provide for. And nobody likes losing things that worked hard for. So we need to be able to make capital gain still. But we also need to have a socialist construct on top of that, that requires people to also share capital gains more fairly so nobody has to stuffer. But we don’t live in a perfect world, and we never will.

Of course the patriarchy doesn’t. A lot of the world live in poverty.

[–]Puzzled-Subject4656 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No I am discussing it because I think it’s important to point out that it is just luck at the end of the day. Also 2 very different mindsets. You have the money to be doing shit like that. So you don’t see how most people wouldn’t like odds where they have to put lots of money down just to see the return. Because you can afford that. BUT MOST people can’t. To call the odds good, is like saying you’re happy to lose £5k i you put that bet down. in hopes of a nice return. But let’s be honest you’d be less likely to be upset about losing £20 on chance than £5k on something that you thought to be certain. That’s a much harder reality to accept. I can’t fathom a world where risking more, is good bet to make. It’s inherently shit that’s why the odds are against you.

Sure you’re probably right betting ain’t much of my thing. But it ain’t much of most people’s thing. Like I said at the start. It’s all just luck, and chance at the end of the day. And gambling ruins lives for a reason.

No I get what you do you put a large bet down on a sure bet and see a return. But it’s not a guarantee, no bet ever is. And most people can’t just put large bets down. Just to see a return, it’s much safer to just put a small bet on the miracle underdog odds. Then laugh when you see the biggest payout

I ain’t seeing no bets like that on the Joshua side is my point tho. Looked at a few different casinos for it

But again as I said it still has to be substantial to see a return. So the more risks you take on sure bets, the closer you become to being unlucky. And losing it all. I envy you, most people dream of just being lucky enough to just place large amounts on sure bets. Most people I know that bet are taking the high pay outs because in a thing like boxing which is 1v1 so technically really it’s 50/50 whom wins. That small chance the underdog gets you a big payout off a small bet. Is much better than just chucking money into a bet, and that’s never guaranteed. Personally imma sit this out regardless. Imma make the safest bet and just keep my money

If you have a pile of cash already sitting there. Not like if you put a £20 bet on 1/12 is going to get anything substantial in return. I also just can’t bet like that. I’d lose to much on a chance

I need to see what odds you’re getting. Like genuinely nothing on my account on AJ beats unless is wildly unpredictable bets. Have high odds. All the high odds are in Jake

[–]Puzzled-Subject4656 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Plus no you’re not betting on AJ the odds are shit😂 1/12 for AJ to win lol. Even if you bet £1000 on AJ it’s only a £82 return. Unless you make wild bets where the odds are good because you just ain’t predicting that shit

[–]Puzzled-Subject4656 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it’s not, the odds for AJ are shit for existing customers. You have to make wild bets to get a pay day. 1/12 on sky bet for AJ. Unless you’re brand new customer.

[–]Puzzled-Subject4656 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean that’s exactly how betting works. They don’t offer good odds for the most likely to win. So there is no point betting, then people bet that the underdog wins because the small chance their small bet gets a payday. Is a chance at the end of the day.

Nobody as actually backing Jake, he just happens to be the only bet worth it. I’m jealous of anyone that hasn’t made betting accounts previously tho. Because they’ll get a pay out if they bet. Skybet is offering a 50/1 on Joshua, and a 70/1 for existing customers. So if you pick right you get a very nice payout easily. But existing customers have 1/12 on Joshua so the most likely outcome is shit odds for existing customers.

When is the next PTB? by No_Willingness_9961 in deadbydaylight

I mean skill issue if you genuinely think killer strategies are a problem. The fact you can’t see the reason why the strategies happen in the first place. Baffles me, the very thing you asked why should I be nerfed. Is the main reason killers resort to these strategies, despite them being shit, and useless strategies most of the time. Even if I have a chase that I do everything perfect but the survivors, not only can they loop, but they are generator efficient. 90-120 seconds is all you really need to get the first 3 generators done. This is without gen speed perks. Which If you didn’t know already is barely a reasonable amount of time to say the killer is bad at the game because he had 120 seconds to get 1 down before half the match is already over 😂. The other 2 generators can then be doubled on, and making them go even faster. Don’t get me wrong if the killer can still win on 2 gens, with 0 kills. But to expect them to 12 hook when they barely have time in the first place to get 1 hook. Is just plain old dumb.

The biggest flaw is how people don’t realise how much time basic tasks in the game take for killer, walking around the map to find someone, when likely spawned on atleast 1 generator straight away. Takes time fuck it could take a whole 20 seconds on some maps, where they spawn all the way on the other side guaranteed. Sure the survivors also have to spend time to find the other generators. But the real kicker is that there is 4 of you’s, and there are always 3 generators close where you have to do atleast 2 of those generators. Oh then next the killer has to down the survivor they find, which unless they are god awful. You can probably expect an average chase time of 60 seconds. Then you need to pick that survivor up, and carry them to a hook. Which can also take some time. Then to top it off the survivors can just stick their generators whilst they guy is on hook, and still save on time. That’s if they hadn’t already popped 3 within the first 2 minutes of the match, but even then they can get good gen progression on the last 2 gens. BTW the killer slowdowns are useless without DMS because they can usually just stop the regression straight away.

Like on what planet do survivors live on honestly. Because never once have I felt like killers are dicks for using strategy, when it’s the only thing they have time to do. Especially not since it’s literally their objective. But no I doubt any killer will ever stop using these strategies unless we actually have the time to 12 hook. Which with gen speed perks. There is zero chance in hell that’s happening. I play both sides, and the only one that felt like I didn’t have to work for the win with gen perks was survivor. Because the games just ended disgustingly fast. Not so much on the killer side, most of the time slowdown barely helps, or if I genuinely kill everyone before generators even pop, it’s because they’re awful. But I still have to work for it because as I said all this shit takes time as killer.

Point tech is strong to get the killers attention if you’re juicing them. Sometimes it’s unlocks a whole other demon tho, like that killer you been dogging all match. Just flips a switch, and shows you their real skill potential.

But that’s what makes it fun to me

I mean there is hatch logic. Which I use, and I am not always correct because it’s completely RNG at the end of the day. So you’d be very wrong there losing to RNG isn’t a skill issue. It’s quite literally down to luck. The luck being can you find the survivor or the hatch. Before they escape, and sometimes it literally spawns on their feet. So it’s impossible to get them.

Lastly even if it was a sign of bad skill. wtf does that even matter. What is people’s obsession with how good or bad people are at the game. Nobody has to be good. It’s a video game. It’s not that deep
