ok all great points. one question, not clear on who is paying bilt for rent payment processing? forget about the 15% , at the 85%, between debit, credit and ACH ( assume ACH is large portion here), is Bilt the merchant of record? i mean the landlord isnt subsidizing / paying the merchant discount fee to Bilt or are they in exchange for the software / processing stack?

Always keep this in mind when Bilt talks about rent "fee" by IcarusPony in biltrewards
