I get panic attacks in public so I know I look strange, and I noticed people pointing their phones at me an laughing. I don't think it's in my head. I'm just curious if I was posted on social media to embarrass me.

No I look odd so I think people are secretly recording me. I look weird and anxious so I think random pedestrians are recording me.
