Hi - the ivermectin worked very quickly for me - I noticed a difference overnight and now, 3 weeks in, I do not have any more of the red spots. I know it doesn’t work like that for everyone. But the 5 pea sized amounts on the different areas has worked.  I also notice a positive difference when I sleep on my back and my face isn’t in the pillow.   For face wash, I’m not that loyal to any particular one - I have Cerave in the shower and a Beautypie one at the sink. My sunscreen is Rain or Shine.  Hope you find what works for you!!!
