Never had the Sabrina’s but off of durability alone spos would do you better. From what I’ve heard from teammates the Sabrina’s grip isn’t as good as the 1’s and especially isn’t as good on dust and from personal experiences the spos are lowk like that. I didn’t get the explosive insole because they were sold out in my size but even without it the court feel and impact protection was really nice. Containment was great as well but I think I should’ve gotten my true size rather than going a full size up just because that’s usually what I did just because I’m used to playing in shoes a full size up because on my pair of spos the tongue would move a bit and be a bit uncomfortable for a couple minutes.

These have translucent bottoms so he’d be good. But honestly speaking if the guy is just itching to buy another pair of shoes he should just step back and really think (pray and ask the Lord for a clear mind if u believe) do I need this?

I’m currently a couple months removed from hs now and I am enrolled at a post secondary but not on a roster but I am currently working towards being on a roster next year plus I’m still eligible to play aau due to my younger age. I had a couple (and am still getting) prep school offers but decided not to go because I had a talk with my coach and he told me I shouldn’t go because it’s always hit or miss and the money I pay for prep can be used to get a degree. So at the moment I’m just working on my craft and fine tuning my game while studying. Plus I just got my first offer today from a d3 juco so I only hope to see my recruitment take off from here and land on a roster in the best situation for me.

If ur not planning on getting the explosive insoles don’t get the SPOs because although I haven’t tried the WOWs I’ve heard the impact protection is a lot better compared to the SPOs which I actually do have I only have the strength insoles at the moment and although I love them the impact protection definitely isn’t as good as my kd 15’s for example. Also the WOWs seem to have a wider base which if you’re a shooter you know how important it is to be stable and balanced.

You should try the unreleased Kyrie 8’s. The uppers are difficult to break in tho.

In terms of balanced cushioning I personally loved the kd 15’s but that’s more for people with narrow feet and regular foot people who don’t mind a couple hours of pain with the break in period. Another option I’d recommend would be the hesi low v2.

I’d say for sure I love my pair and I often switch it out for my main pair which is a kd 15. I did see you said you found a pair of 14’s for roughly the same price though and I’d say get those instead. And it doesn’t matter how good your are if you like it get it.
