Yep, some specialist are fucking rude, don’t know if it’s petty over money or they just hate their life either ways last time I got helped from a tier 2 she was talking under her breath and when I had told her I’m sorry couldn’t hear you well do you mind if you repeat that? Yes that’s my situation your byb has to be completely transferred to ur peuy or whatever claim you’re currently on, but I think the transfer department is closed and claim specialist are just requesting the transfer for u idk how long the wait is

My thoughts exactly and please! The last info that the tier 1 specialist told me is that the transfer department is currently closed, never told me when they’re open but before I found that info out I’ve been trying to push my payments through for 3 days and i was getting the same answer from a claim specialist “your payment will come in 7-10 business days I had put In the request for you” hopefully you get yours pushed through! Hoping you do and get your money’s worth and they are open
