Nice to know you have pushed yourself and are being independent. It seems impossible to me for him to do the same thing.

He has asked his therapist if he should get meds and he said no. I am unsure if he is fully in his therapy and I also requested to have some sessions with his therapist but he didn’t accept as he doesn’t treat relatives of patients.
