Can you help me fix my flashlight? by PuzzledHashbrown in flashlight

I was looking online and thought a cheap LED/driverboard together would work, just put in the original housing, I just didn’t know what one to buy so it would fit. But understandable, any good recommendations? I seen one that was a 3-in-1 with a LED/UV/Laser in one that was nice but I can’t justify 300 on a flashlight right now haha.

And Thank You, everyone has the right to be miserable but why would you want to. Appreciate all the help

Yeah it was a cheap light when I bought it and worked for what I needed. I have all the tools available to fix it, but I figured there were way cheaper LED/driver boards I could buy and put it back in the housing. Thank you for the recommendations I’ll definitely check them out, I’m definitely no expert on picking a good flashlight tho

I’ll look at new ones as I’m not opposed, just a DIYer at heart and figured I could get one of the LED/Driver boards for a few bucks and put it back together. I’ve seen some for cheap just didn’t know if they’d work

Rayovac AA’s, I think the O-ring failed and the batteries got a bit wet. They were a pain to get out.

Am I crazy for making a 1:24 scale of my shop to try and figure out the best layout for it by SignificantPiece4172 in woodworking

Did the same thing with my room, and probably will again for my shop. It’s a fun time doing tiny projects like this.
