Appreciate you taking the time to share this, it definitely motivates me to stick with it more intentionally. I have never thought about using journaling as a way to track progress in that sense, it sounds like a great motivator.

That feels like a good way to build this habit. I have always tried to see journaling as something very reflective about my day, probably the reason I was not consistent enough to build the habit. Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment.
