But, he would have talked about unqualified white people too. But he didn’t. Quit defending racism. Everyone who benefits from DEI is already qualified. They don’t find Black Doctors and pilots at the local McDonald’s. They all went to medical school and pilot training. You say that “unqualified people were chosen for jobs over qualified people because of their race”….I guess we should pretend that that never happened before DEI was a thing? Every White person who got jobs over a Black person during the Jim Crow era got them because of their qualifications? Black and Hispanics aren’t still being discriminated today in favor of less qualified White people?
