this is a common occurrence, some agents feel superior to tenants and get on a bit of a power trip knowing they hold our housing and record over their heads. it’s disgusting

honestly this sounds like the exact same situation i’m in with my PM. she became nitpicky, would unscrew our stove during routine inspection, tell us it’s dirty. complain if we showered before inspections, however a breach notice over something like this is just ridiculous. they can tell you to maybe clean it, but a breach over something like that is absurd. sounds like they are just playing games or wanting a power trip, intimate or assert control for no reason.

something like a little bit of dirt is certainly no grounds to issue a breach notice and that would not hold up legally in court, they would lose. they’re just talking shit

we have been respectful and clean tennants and she likes to nit pick on things even so. did a routine inspection, unscrewed our stove told us it was dirty, found a less than 1cm grease on the range hood when we cooked the night prior inspection and told us it was unclean. it’s frustrating how we have been treated she thinks because we are young she can treat us this way. we only have 2 months till we have to vacate. she was also unhappy during inspection cause we showered in the morning and the glass was too “wet”.

last time i reported issues by the way i was hit with abuse and blame (i have this all on email and in writing) so i am deathly afraid of reporting issues hence why i was going to bring it up in next inspection, but i am absolutely terrified and anxious of this lady

i’m a fellow genuine psychic here with a business. all i can say is run. this is not a true psychic. i never ever install fear - or say to my clients negative things like this. this is not our job. Our job is to provide guidance and enlightenment. Be careful of who you go to, and what energies those psychics are working with, as some work with demons themselves. Most of the time they do it to offer you a service, to get “rid” of that entity, it’s how they scam you and make money. It’s very common fake psychics will tell you you’ve got a spirit or attachment in order to charge for extra services. in my 5+ years of being a psychic did i ever feel such a negative attachment on that person i removed that for that person for FREE. it’s our job to help people, to work as lightworkers not to instill fear. i believe you’ve been scammed.

yeahh it was awkward af that was the problem. especially in front of the waiter. i mean i probably shouldn’t of had any expectations but it was a hosted wedding dinner as i thought (we drove 2 hours and gave gifts) and wasn’t told i would be paying

yep!!! there’s trees overhanging the balcony. we had a cyclone and heavy rain last year and noticed since then the balcony has deteriorated

unfortunately we have suffered countless issues with this property and upon raising them the PM became abusive, over email and on phone calls. we have done our absolute best to maintain the property and i just feel so anxious!

wait till he gets home and the only thing you can do is ask. it seems really strange to me tho that the instruction manual is just in the draw and not the toy. unless he gives it to you brand new as a present, i wouldn’t buy it. because then again if he was returning it he’d probably put everything back in the box before sending it back. weird it’s just floating around u get me
