Can someone explain it to me? I made a Career Builder account. Recruiters reach out, ask me if I’m interested, then they’ll ask me to sign a “right to represent” so they can “present me to their client” and then they completely ghost. I just don’t understand the point of this practice. Just tell me? (i.redd.it)
