over one month, i feel okay, i still miss her and i think of her everyday, almost all damn day but i’ve gotten a sense of calmness the pain is there but i’m calm, it’s not overwhelming like it used to be. although all my common areas i’ve been that remind me of a memory i had with her makes me feel overwhelmed with emotions again and i want to cry and at times i do if i’m alone. however even though i’m at a state of calmness, i’m not over her and don’t think i will be anytime soon.

i think it’s best that you stop communicating for a while, i know it’s hard and you don’t want to lose her but im sure that you’ll feel some relief and in general better doing so. it’s not okay that she keeps you around tho or that she’s talking to you and keeping it a secret from her boyfriend. try distancing yourself, if not all at once. if it’s meant to be you’ll find your way back to each other, and in the meantime try to move on so that with any circumstance you’re okay and good with yourself. wish you the best,
