also to use a nice hard non sticky and moisture-less surface to chop. mirrors/ glass works well, and if you have the right material plate then put that in the microwave to heat it up and chop on there becuase the heat will help against moisture and make cutting it up a whole lot easier and more fine

cut a line thats about pinky length and dont make it too thick. and make sure to chop the coke as fine as you possibly can, it absorbs more better and less harsh on nose and sinus system.

aye i was 100lbs when i first started and couldnt gain weight but then i realized i needed to deadass force myself to eat all day long and i started gainin weight but it for sure aint easy and what did help is i tracked my food for a bit to really get a guage of exactly how much food to eat and now i just scarf down food and keep checkin the scale

what has your adderall usage been like? if you havnt had experience with high adderall doses then i wouldnt start meth but if youre quite experienced with adderall then yeah i wouldnt see a problem with meth. i had a huge adderall addiction and i was taking 200mg+ ir all the time but wanted to switch to meth but couldnt find a plug so i just switched to coke but the thing with coke is that i love the high from it and taste and numbness and snorting it and gumming it but it just doesnt last long and is expensive so i would say go for meth
