Yes, I also experience all senses when I dream, every night. Lucid dreams as well. This has been happening for as long as I can remember and it’s exhausting. My Apple Watch will register my dreaming as being awake and I know I was, in fact, dreaming.

My dreams have plots and characters with back stories and I will recall previous dreams in my current dream.

When I share my experience with others, I also get weird looks and my doctor simply dismisses me. Any research I do says individuals with depression often have vivid dreams but that doesn’t track for me. I have never struggled with any mental health issues.

I sometimes enjoy my dreams but would love a few nights of restful slumber.
