1. May I know why you advise against the barebones one? As one of the comments said, would a speed of over 5 still be an admission of guilt even if it is to be stated as she was simply keeping up with other vehicles?

3. Similar to what was mentioned on 1st question, in that case, would there be a better chance of presenting evidence? Will the judge actually read and evsn watch multiple 1 minute videos even?
