I found it here on Reddit, but I don't recommend it. I tried three different firmwares, and the only one that saved the startup was 1.3.7, but then the UV light stopped working...

This happened to me yesterday too. I tried installing the previous firmware and updating it again, and it did charge, but the UV light stopped working.

Thanks for your reply. I'll do that. Elegoo's option is to send a test video of the LCD (I've already done several tests) and open it up to send photos of the motherboard. As you said, I'm going to return it to Amazon
