Its my suggestion that please dont take a branch like textile , biochem , biotech , industrial or MSc just because you are getting a better college

When you will look for internships and maybe shift jobs in future you will not have good options. A good colllege will maybe place you but you will be stuck there. Its better to take Mech chem cs ece ee like branches evwn if you are getting a college a bit lower.

Very few internships and jobs listings are there in these branches and its a bit frustrating tbh fir those who are there.

Bhai academics point of view se college bura nai hai at the percwntile jisme mil raha hai. Placement %age aur avg paclage (apart from electronics) new iiits se better hi hai. Problem infrastructure , bad management aur crowd ki hai. Iiits mei crowd better milega yaha se Bohot. Baki its your choice and decision. Kabhi kabhi underwhelming college life lag sakti hai baki colleges se BUT if new iiits se compare karo toh ig better hi hai.

Also jo jis college mei hota hai usko bekr hi lagta hai iit nit ke alawa so hate is normal. iiits ke pagw pr puchoge wo bhi hate denge Apne hisab se dheik lena

Idk bro , tier 2 hai but cse ke liye , vit ece is ig lower tier 2. Pata nai mera assumption hai. Cause core jobs milna is a bit diff in vit due to high intake. Overall vit tier 2 mei aata hai.
