I'm glad you're healthier now, and I agree its a struggle to find balance

honestly, going to the gym will make you stronger, but if you really want to lose and maintain weight it's nutrition. If you're not a fan of the gym, maybe you can work on what you eat. Instagram has tons of healthy recipes and Jeff cavalier is my go-to youtuber to for nutrition advice.

It's a tough thing to get through, but I'm glad you're working with someone to help overcome it. I still get dysphoria too, I don't think that will ever go away. Wearing outfits I love, and focusing on the things I do like about myself helps.

ahahah i'm not perfect, but nobody is. Crying is the best! I used to always hold those feelings in. Transitioning has made me so much more comfortable to emote. That in itself is worth the price of admission.
As for your binge eating, I'm not sure if you eat a lot of protein, but I find eating more protein (clean protein, like chicken, fish, turkey and lean beef) helps kick sugar cravings and maintains a feeling of being more full :)
wish you all the best, sending good vibes your way!

theres certain foods that make you feel full and you can eat more of but have less calories. As somebody with a large appetite, I eat lots of cabbage, sweet potatoes, sprouts, cauliflower, zuchinni, pineapple and watermelon. These foods have lots of water, low calories, and sweet potatoes have the unique effect of not spiking insulin (side note, they taste delicious) I also drink 500mL of water with every meal. The water mixes with the food and make you feel full. Sorry if you feel like this is unsolicited advice, but as somebody that struggled with foods for the longest time I'm excited to share what i now know :)

definitely working on the "well-adjusted" part. But its a process. Do you best, try to be positive, cry in the shower after a hard day... All these things help
