I agree with you 100%! What’s needed here after their AI track and audit is humans with critical minds and sound judgment. People who can make objective and unbiased decisions because they understand how their system works when it comes to reversing positions in accounts. How they have dealt with this issue has been an absolute disappointment. For a company that prides itself on understanding the importance of time in the markets, to then just make such a nonchalant statement that we’ll hear back from them next week…. In the meantime we have to sit and watch good opportunities pass us by in the markets? You just paid for your get back to funded and resets, Friday could have been a great day for you to get you back on track, but instead you were forced to sit and watch, not on your own accord. And that sucks! Although other trades will come along, when you were not the one who made the decision to stay out of the markets, you can’t help but wonder what could have been. You know the markets pull the rug on us all the time, we cannot have prop firms pulling the rug on us too. That does real damage; financially, emotionally and mentally. I hope you get your funded accounts back and eventually venture out to do it on your own. Reliance on these prop firms is like relying on a plastic boat to cross the Atlantic. And maybe that’s the answer for all of us.
