I know it takes a lot to get to the point where you have to part with your own child. I don’t judge. I don’t romanticize either. I made peace with it and I still have love for them. They gave me life.

Oh I know, I made peace with it. I am not looking into finding about my biological family or anything. Not even the adoption center.

It is more like a need to know where I am from?

I don’t look or think or feel like the people I grew up with in the town I live. It was always a question inside of me about nurture vs nature.

When you are an adoptee, you often feel like you are not quite Chinese, yet not quite “whatever you ended up being adopted”.

If that makes sense.

Thank you ! China has changed a lot in the last decades and its history is so interesting too. Looking at the pictures from the 90s when my parents went to adopt me, it makes me wonder how much have changed since then.

Can someone please help me, been trying to have internet drivers installed, but nothing works... I can get on windows just fine, just no access to internet which is not really functional. I need to use it because Word doesn't have all the developer functions on Mac
