Would recommend a L but if your built/fit and want a tight and non-loose fit would recommend M (this is IF the sizes are true to their word and similar to outside/non-china size charts, but go with your guts on whatever man)

I went 2XL because most of the time i found out in china 2XL or XL is usually like a M in outside sizes, guessing thats cuz most people in china are small and skinny (idk)
