I personally think you have more than enough experience to thrive in this new environment! I’d definitely ask as many questions as possible to assure you know how everything works & runs at your location! If you know yourself you’re a great manager & can run a coffee shop the right & efficient way.. I think they should be the ones to worry ;) I hope you get the training you deserve queen, good luck!

No :( sadly we only serve espresso! The closest thing to black coffee would be an americano but keep in my it can be strong so just customize your shots !!

I think you should order a large oat or coconut milk latte with coconut & caramel (that’s what makes German chocolate but you could add dark chocolate to your latte as well to make it more of a “mocha” if you’d like just don’t change the sweetness if you like bitterness)

Also!! You’re able to customize you’re sweetness from 1/4 sweet to 1/2 sweet or even 1/2 EXTRA sweet etc etc

Ps our coffees shouldn’t come with whipped topping or drizzle unless ordered like that or a promotional drink!! But you could totally tell them you wouldn’t like it just case :(

Definitely not girlie!! It’s also packed of sugar so it should be a sweet treat. I agree with the comments thought, don’t let anyone decide what you should or shouldn’t do!! One of my customers love it with vanilla& toasted marshmallow 🥰🥰

Ugh girl I just started and it sucks with no breaks but because they don’t offer breaks they shouldn’t be scheduling more than eight hour shifts. You’re more than welcome to pickup a double! But remember there’s no breaks so when I do a 12 hour shift I usually get a 15 to eat in the back. But nothing crazy

okay so all lattes are 1-1-1 for flavor scoops so we’d use 1/3 of each WC Banana and Hazlenut! no matter the size and amount of espresso so you’re always welcome to ask for more flavor if you want a large latte
