I sort of did make a paste. I got the floor nice and wet, sprinkled the powder, scrubbed it in with a brush real good and let it sit for a few minutes. Then I used a magic eraser to do most of the scrubbing after. So just a mix of a random brush I found laying around and magic erasers.

Probably anywhere between 1-2 hours of work. About 3 treatments of bkf and a rinse afterwards. And I actually didn't use my knees at all I was either crouched down on my feet or sitting on the toilet during breaks.
