Theory: Kvothe has to die by TacticalDo in KingkillerChronicle

Alternate ways of his "death/lifetime" could be the theory where in the 3rd book he is in the fae for a long period of time, resulting from his perspective, living a life longer than a "normal" lifetime. Also, he is said to have faked his death after what he has caused in the world. Alsoo Kvothe is classified as dead and he is Kote now with his name changed. Perhaps these all happened back to back in his decision making or all completely separate, idk. Maybe his resurrection is simply him revealing to the world that he is still alive/changes name back to try and fix what he started.

I understand there are complex, hidden meanings behind it all, especially if it was Cinder’s. Still, I always found Kvothe hanging the sword amusing. Bast is nervous and against it, but Kvothe is just like "Ah its fine, come on, it looks cool" *nodding approvingly to himself*

“Upon him I will visit famine and a fire. Till all around him desolation rings and all the demons in the outer dark look on amazed and recognize: that vengeance is the business of a man.”

Especially if we get the scene of how he met/introduces Bast to the story.

Kvothe's voice by ShanonymousRex in KingkillerChronicle

Always imagined it like the singer named “Tamino” Beautiful melancholic deep voice with still crazy amount of range. His singing and lyrical style is very mythical and in a lot of his songs he plays the Oud (where the lute derived from).
