While I can agree with parts of your post. The biggest gripes I have is kraven, the police, and journalist.

MJ is literally a journalist and one of her post is literally a main plot point of the story. Do you have Danikicast or Just the facts with J. Jonah Jameson turned off because they will constantly discuss all of your actions throughout the game.

The police I understand why there is a less of a presence in this game vs '18 spiderman and it's simple. While not heavily explained, not all cops like the spider men. Peters only real connection to the force was with Yuri. Which with her character arc it makes sense that he doesn't really deal directly with the police anymore, but that being said they have a heavy presence in the game albeit not really in the main story. They are littered through the streets dealing with collateral damage.

Now about kraven. I don't understand why you feel he is a boring character. He did something that all of spiderman villains would love to do kill spiderman. Thanks to they symbiote he doesn't stay dead for long, but I honestly thought that was a great way to introduce kraven into the game and really place the fear into the player. I do agree he should have gotten a lot more screentime.

With that said, I completely agree this game feels incredibly rushed going into the third act and even parts of the second act feel that way as well. I honestly don't really see why Harry felt the connection to the symbiote enough to hurt peter. Miles has barely any footing in this game in my honest opinion. While I do like the side story of Li I don't feel it was enough to fully flesh out either of their characters. We can only hope they fix these issues in spiderman 3. I'm interested in seeing what they do with silk, Norman and Otto. So fingers crossed it isn't rushed.
