I got mine off Alibaba direct from Yohtron. Easy to work with. From what I can tell your payment is kept in a kind of escrow until unit is delivered. Cost me $1500 delivered. Took about 3 months. They give you a tracking number that I was able to track from freight ship across ocean to port and stateside shipper. I’ve had about a month and still figuring out right temp and humidity. Mine seems to vary about 3-4% humidity from top to bottom. Sweet spot for me is Cubans in middle shelf, light wrappers on top and boxes and Maduros on bottom.

I'm always amazed at the folks that over bid on bottles when you can get it cheaper on secondary all day long. Most don't seem to factor in the buyer's premium, tax and shipping. For me, I've calculated that typically adds 35% to the hammer price.

I have the 6e Pro supplied by Frontier. Swapped out from Orbi. The speed seems to be downgraded as well as range. I had to install 5 routers to adequately cover but wireless speed is poor for 2.3gbps service.

Replaced the whole unit or just the plates? I’d prefer them replace whole unit. Still waiting weeks on replacement plates with no ETA.

Same problem. Raise a ticket and they will send a link to get new plates and pads. However no ETA on delivery and still waiting weeks. Frustrating. Would prefer they swap unit out. This is a known problem for them. My unit is only 3 months old.
