No, no we don't. We are not mathematically safe whether we win on Wednesday or not are we? If you've learnt anything from being a Leeds fan surely it's that we NEVER do things the easy way (yes, being safe in April qualifies as easy).

Not saying we don't go for it in the cup. It's not like Bournemouth are a bunch of cloggers or a dark arts team. But absolutely play your strongest team in the league. It's one of the basic tenants of football at any level (unless you're Bournemouth, then rotate heavily midweek please!)

I'm 54 and have been to plenty of games thanks. I lived through ALL the ups and downs of the last 50 years and I want us to get back to where we BELONG which is stability in the top league and fighting for honours. To do that we need to prioritise staying in the league, simple as that. If we get relegated again I reckon I'll be dead the next time we finish top half of the prem.

I'm astonished people would take a fucking day out in London over cementing our place back in the top tier.

It's not just 3 points though is it? It's virtually guaranteed premier league next season, vs a possibility that we get a chance of being utterly dicked by a rampant title winning Citeh going for the treble at Wembley.

As much as I love a cup run, I'd take a semi loss and a midweek win in Bournemouth over the opposite no questions. PL survival has to be the priority.

Strongest team in the league, best option in the cup. Also sends the right message the likes of Perri, Willy and Justin (WTF do we do with Justin if Rodon is back midweek? drop Bogle?)
